How paying works
We collect payment in cash or by bank transfer, then switch your restaurant to Pro the same day. You get a receipt by email and a reminder before your plan ends. If you stop paying, you move back to Free: your menu stays online and nothing is deleted.
Questions
Do guests need an app?
No. They scan the QR code and the menu opens in their phone’s browser.
Which languages does the AI waiter speak?
It replies in the guest’s language and script: Arabic, Arabizi, English and French, and most other languages too.
What happens with allergies?
The waiter uses the allergens you confirm on each dish, leaves out dishes that conflict and always asks guests to confirm with your staff. It never promises that a dish is safe.
Can guests order or pay?
Guests build a shared list with My table and show it to the server. Taking the order and payment stay with your staff and your POS.
How do I pay for Pro?
In cash or by bank transfer. Tell us how many locations you need; we collect payment and switch you over the same day.
Does it work with my POS?
Pro can keep dishes, prices and stock in step with your POS. You can also import your POS export as a spreadsheet.
