How the AI waiter works
Each reply is written by a language model that only sees your menu, your notes and the conversation. Before the guest sees it, the app checks it: dishes that are not on your menu are dropped, dishes that conflict with the guest’s allergies are removed, and prices always come from your menu. Allergy answers always include a reminder to check with the staff.
